Children ages 12 and under dressed in costume and with an adult are invited to bring a treat bag to collect goodies at Carmel Mountain Ranch Town Center businesses on Friday, October 29 between 3 and 5 pm. Just look for the bright orange pumpkin in the windows of participating businesses.
No treat bag? No problem. Free treat bags will be available at the Halloween table near T-Mobile, and parents can pick up a free coupon packet filled with special offers from Carmel Mountain Ranch Town Center businesses.
