Free Halloween Treats—October 31 from 3 to 5 pm
Carmel Mountain Ranch Town Center has free treats for children ages 12 and under dressed in costume and with an adult. Bring a treat bag to collect your goodies and then stop by the participating businesses displaying a bright orange pumpkin in their window.
No treat bag? No problem. Free treat bags will be available at the Halloween table near SOMA across from Chase Bank.
