If you love all things barbecue, you’ll want to stop by Dickey’s Barbecue Pit, the newest restaurant to open at Carmel Mountain Ranch Town Center. With an extensive menu, Dickey’s slow smokes all of their meats on-site (the same way they have been doing it since 1941). The beef brisket and pulled pork are favorites among guests along with their St. Louis style ribs, polish sausage, and smoked turkey. And they recently added whole smoked chickens, raised without antibiotics, to their menu. Favorite sides include the fried okra, jalapeño beans, macaroni & cheese and waffle fries. Due to popular request, baked potatoes will be available soon. Hours are 11 am to 9 pm daily and kids eat free on Sundays (stop by for details).
